RETURN POLICY
Before returning any merchandise you should contact us at 1-877-620-8155 or by email to contact@eyecandysigns.net (emails prefered) to obtain authorization. Merchandise will be refused and no merchandise will be accepted returned or refunded without exhibiting a authorization number on the outside of the returned package.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and will not be refunded.
Returns on standard non customized items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Unless an error was made on our part, all items and sales from the "Custom Design Center" or "Eye Design Online" are non returnable and final.
1.Products ordered online by our Internet Customers will be accepted in return for a full refund, including shipping charges, for any of the following reasons:
A) The item received is not the ordered item.
B) The item differs in specifications from the item displayed in our web site.
2. If Customer ordered a standard production item in a size that does not fit, the customer is entitled to exchange the garment for the same style, in the correct size. The customer must obtain an authorization number before returning the garment. Customers must notify Eye Candy Signs LLC. within 10 working days of receipt.
3.Custom orders are not refundable for any reason.
4. Returns will be accepted by Eye Candy Signs LLC., only when customer has notified Eye Candy Signs LLC., no later than ten (10) days after receipt of the order. You must obtain a authorization number. Customer must take all necessary precautions, to guarantee a prompt and safe delivery of the goods being returned to Eye Candy Signs LLC. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, and must not exhibit signs of being worn or mistreated. Damaged or worn products will not be accepted for return.
5.Any garment made in a non standard color, or any garment modified in anyway from standard design in not returnable.
Custom and Rush Orders
Custom Made Orders will be sent to production 24 hours after we receive your confirmation. All custom orders must be digitally signed and be accompanied by a 50% deposit or paid in full. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced on your order. A rush service is available on the total price of the your order. However, this is not a guaranteed service and is dependant on our existing backlog when your order is received. In the event we are unable to produce your item within the specified time, the rush charge will be refunded. Accurate measurements are your responsibility. Once we approve your custom measurements Eye Candy Signs LLC. will guarantee the fit to be as advertised.
